1 General Terms

vk111 is an online betting and casino platform operated for players in Bangladesh. By using this platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

These Terms form a binding legal agreement between vk111 and any user of the platform. In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply and are an integral part of these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

3 Account Management

vk111 is not responsible for any misuse of or damage caused by your login credentials unless it is directly due to our own negligence.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

vk111 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. This may require a government-issued ID, proof of address, or other documents. Withdrawals from your account may be held until identity verification is complete.

3.3 Account Suspension

We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently close an account in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Proven submission of false information.
• Misuse of bonuses.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The approved payment methods for depositing on vk111 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Janata Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.

All deposits must be made from your own bank account or mobile banking account. Deposits through third parties are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after verification. Processing may be delayed if there is insufficient verification on the account.

Withdrawal requests are usually processed through the same payment method used for the deposit. To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirements must be met.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

vk111 processes transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits made in another currency will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate, and vk111 is not responsible for any difference in exchange rates.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; or deposit ৳12,000 and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times, calculated on the bonus amount only (not the combined deposit and bonus). For example: if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place bets totalling 15 times that amount — ৳22,500 — before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Other Bonus Terms

• No more than one bonus may be active at a time, unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses expire within the time period stated in the relevant promotion.
• If evidence of bonus misuse or bonus arbitrage is found, the bonus and any winnings will be forfeited.
• vk111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical error on the platform is proven. Review all terms and statistics carefully before placing a bet.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a bet is left incomplete due to a technical issue or system failure, vk111 will investigate, make a decision, and if necessary cancel the bet and refund the amount.

6.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting is available on cricket (BPL, T20, IPL, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA), kabaddi, and various other sports. If a match is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vk111 platform and may result in account closure:

• Attempting to gain an advantage through fraud, manipulation, or hacking.
• Using bots, automation software, or any other unauthorized tools.
• A single player operating multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Colluding with other players to increase bonuses or winnings.
• Attempting to breach the security of the platform's systems or servers.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's payment account.

If any of the above violations are proven, vk111 will immediately close the account, forfeit all balances, and may take legal action if necessary.
